The SEF Awards 2025 project focused on creating a premium awards presentation and event visual experience that celebrated innovation, entrepreneurship, and achievement within the startup ecosystem. My role involved designing presentation materials, award ceremony visuals, stage content, and branded assets that aligned with the event’s prestigious identity while ensuring a seamless audience experience.

Challenges
The key challenge was creating a giveaway that felt exclusive and sophisticated while still connecting authentically to the gaming audience. The package needed to balance luxury presentation with esports culture, integrate multiple branded elements into a cohesive experience, and remain practical for production while maintaining a premium look and feel.
Achievements
The final concept elevated the giveaway from a simple gift box into a branded experience. The packaging combined luxury materials, layered storytelling, and esports-inspired elements to create a memorable keepsake for VIP guests. The design successfully translated the Saudi Esports Awards identity into a physical product that felt collectible, exclusive, and worthy of one of the region's most prestigious esports events.
Process
I started by exploring collector-edition packaging commonly seen in luxury products and gaming launches. The design evolved into a custom drawer-style presentation box featuring a matte black exterior, metallic Saudi Esports Awards branding, and illuminated acrylic elements. Every component was carefully arranged to create a structured reveal sequence, guiding recipients through the contents while reinforcing the event's premium identity.
